Folder Update

I decided to remove the black and white folder. I made this decision based on too much confusion for contributors not knowing if an art submission belonged in black and white or lets say one of the comic folders. I went ahead and relocated all art that was in that folder to coordinating folders. I apologize in advance if I placed any art in the wrong folders. I'm not familiar with every character and tried my best. If you notice something is misplaced please tell me the title of the art, which folder it is in, and which folder it should be in. This way I can make corrections. Thank you all for being fans or the group and submitting your art!
